Beef Noodle Soup is a special
comfort Food for Taiwanese and lately has become famous all over the world. There
have more than hundreds of recipes be used for Taiwanese. Mostly it takes more
than three hours to slow cook to give it a fantastic taste. And now you don't
need to fly to Taiwan, let me use my personal beef noodle recipe to warm your
heart and feel Taiwan.
** Meal Kit Package
** Ingredients
Water, Beef, Spring Onion, Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Chilli Bean Sauce, Soy sauce, Carrots, Celery, Star Anise, Black Pepper, Orange Skin, Cassia Bark, Apple, Salt
(Noodle) wheat flour, water, veg juice.
** Recipe
1) Pour the full content of the soup packet in a pot and add 1/2 cup of water.
2) Simmer the soup in medium-high heat until it begins to boil.
3) Taste the soup and add salt or water as per your preference.
4) Add and boil the noodles in medium-low heat for another 4-5 minutes. Make sure to stir the noodles gently to loosen them.
5) Once the noodles are ready, pour a serving portion of the noodle soup and garnish with your favorite toppings.

My name is Wen Hsin, Lee(李文心), for over 20 years of cooking experience, and worked
in my mother's Beef Noodle Soup restaurant for a few years. It kept me having a passion for cooking, and trying to make simple and healthy food for you, family, and friends.

1) Choose any items from our menu that you would like to have next week
2) Order the chosen items on our website before Friday 6 pm of the week to get them delivered on Monday of the following week
3) All the items that you order on the week will be freshly-prepared and vacuum seal packed over the weekend
4) All the items that you order will be delivered together on the following Monday
5) Keep all the items in the fridge and enjoy them fresh throughout the week
